• Peak Season (minimum three nights applies)*

  • $180.00 per night or

  • $900.00 per week

*Peak season applies from week 3 December to week 4 January (inclusive) and for the week either side of Easter weekend.

House Rules:

v  Clean and dry dogs are welcome inside; wet and/or dirty dogs must stay outside until they are clean and dry.

v  Dogs are not permitted on the furniture.

v  Please pick up “doggy doos” and place in a plastic bag in the green wheelie bin.

v  Council regulations stipulate that dogs must be kept on a leash outside KarraIsland Cottage property.

v  Please do not allow your dogs to bark excessively.

v  Smoking is not permitted in the cottage.  If you must smoke please do so on the lawn area and please place all cigarette butts in a plastic wrapper and place in the green wheelie bin.

v  Please turn off all electrical appliances, including the air conditioner and the clothes dryer when you are out of the house.

v  Please leave the furniture as you find it.

v  Please do not leave mosquito coils unattended.

v  Do not sit on the tables and please be careful to use the placemats and/or tablecloths on the wooden tables.

v  On your departure it would be very much appreciated if guests would vacuum up all dog hair.

v  If you have any major problems please telephone us. 

v  There is a charge of $25 per callout if the problem is non urgent.

v  Have fun and enjoy yourselves (woofs included).
